How amazing is the styling in the pre-fall 2010 presentation from Diane von Furstenberg? The coats are fab, and I love the layering and the super-cool accessories. I always find it more challenging to be stylish in the winter, but these images are so inspiring and give me ideas for how to look chic and original while braving the less-than-warm weather (yeah, yeah, the bare legs and short shorts aren't going to be happening right now, but that's what tights and coats are for...)

This home, belonging to textile designer Lisa Fine and featured in the fabulous new December issue of Lonny Magazine, is a true feast for the eyes, don't you think? I simply cannot get enough of the joyous mix of colors and patterns!

Rabbit Ears for Me...

Is it wrong that I want a pair of luxe, exaggerated bunny ears to wear out on the town? The bunny ear trend has been around all fall, famously appearing on Louis Vuitton's fall 09 runway and showing up on the heads of famous ladies like the Olsen sisters and Lady Gaga. And now Topshop (yes, I know I mentioned it last week) has a pair that go easy on the wallet at $36. So tempting, though I'm not sure it can be pulled off on the fairly conservative streets of Philadelphia... Thoughts?

Pretty patterned wallpapers, some used in unique ways (on the ceiling, behind a hutch). It makes me want to finally hang all those rolls of paper I bought on sale at Target many months ago! Hmm, maybe a project for the new year...

Tuesday Eye Candy: Pink and Coral

Oh how I adore these supremely feminine and lady-like designs from Oscar de la Renta's pre-fall 2010 collection. And I can't get enough of this delicious color combination - pink and coral is just so pretty together. Especially when it's surrounded by beading, sequins and fur! I've been playing around with these colors a lot lately - there are some sweet silk tops in pinky corals from our friends at J. Crew that look great when paired with a skinny patent belt and a cardi from any old place. So yummy! Speaking of, I'm also loving the coral showing up as an accent in bold patchwork and ethnic prints...
