Maybe "Elephant House" is a bad name for this post, but there do seem to be a lot of lucky elephants making appearances. Not that I have an issue with that! Really, this home (belonging to actress Julie Bowen of "Modern Family") is so vibrant and fun. I particularly love the exciting prints and bits of Asian flair. Designed by the super talented Molly Leutkemeyer of M Design Interiors...

This has got to be one of my favorite features from Elle Decor. These fabulous images of cosmetic executive Christine d'Ornano's London home have already been making the rounds of some of my favorite blogs, but I felt the need to share too. Pattern, color, amazing art... I'm not sure it gets any better!

So Chic

The crazy-stylish Jenna Lyons, creative director of J. Crew, photographed by Garance Dore. Now this lady knows how to put together an outfit! I need to recreate this look immediately...

I think a brightly painted front door is the perfect way to welcome spring, don't you?

Happy Weekend + Mrs. Lilien

Here's hoping you all have the loveliest of weekends! I'm going to spend some time relaxing, and am looking forward to spending more time perusing the work of Mrs. Lilien. She's quite the stylist - I love her bright, girly, Palm Beach aesthetic shown in these fun images. Best of all is her wonderful blog over at Mrs. Lilien's Styling House. She puts together fantastic story boards and inspirational wardrobes for her oh-so-creatively imagined characters. The eye candy truly abounds!

Have a great weekend, and see you on Monday!

Kitchen Eye Candy

I usually gravitate towards sleek, white, carrera marbled-kitchens, bit I think this space has completely won me over. It's like the kitchen version of a glamorous vanity table, except instead of sparkling jewelry and chic little cosmetics cases we have gilded flower pots, antique trays and bottles of bubbly. I love the brass hardware, the glossy black counter tops and all the interesting stuff!

Great Workspace

And the rest of the house is pretty great too...

This Is What I'd Wear...

... if I were going to the Oscars! Swoon! Zoe Saldana looks like absolute perfection in Givenchy Haute Couture.

This Chanel Haute Couture confection, worn by Diane Kruger (sadly without her beau, the delicious Mr. Pacey Witter), is pretty stunning too...

A note: I think it's really funny that pretty much every year, the dresses I like best are the ones chosen for some stupid "Worst Dressed List," this year included! What do they know anyway?

Hello Wedding!

The most perfect wedding EVER! If you haven't already checked out this amazing cover story in Martha Stewart Weddings, then run get a copy now (or check it out here). So imaginative, so romantic, so fun! No wonder it's the wedding of Eunice Moyle, super-talented stationer from Hello Lucky! Completely inspiring, don't you think?

FYI, there are tons more amazing photos over at the Hello Lucky! site. There are even DIY instructions for some of the projects, like the crepe paper flowers and customized labels.

Tuesday Eye Candy... Tory Burch for Spring

Loving these colorful spring looks from Tory Burch! The feather tassel necklace takes the cake though - what a fantastic statement piece. If I'm lucky, maybe one day it will be mine...

Meanwhile, this studded clutch isn't bad either... swoon!

Cool and Creamy

By now, you all know what I gravitate to: bold, saturated colors, quirky accessories, and prints on top of prints. But I have to say, this little apartment featured in Traditional Home is one of my favorite interiors I've seen in a while. I love the blacks, greys and creamy whites accented with warm wood and touches of brights and shine. For instance, isn't that acrylic stool just divine with the antique dressing table? And the yellow lamp looks even more amazing next to the pale neutrals of the seersucker loveseat and slate grey accent tables. Who knows, maybe seeing this space will inspire me to do a bit of redecorating!
