Oh Deer! New Goodies from Sharon Montrose...

Sharon Montrose, my other favorite animal portraitist, has some adorable new goodies in her Etsy shop. The so-very-sweet baby deer pillow comes in 3 sizes and a variety of cuddly backing fabrics. Perfect for a baby's room, don't you think? Meanwhile, for your book-loving friend, or perhaps for yourself, how about these sets of bookmarks? Each set of three features a group of hoofed or feathered creatures, and for only $10....

We have a winner!

Photobucket

Hooray! So last night I completed a totally random drawing in the "Like I Give a Frock" book giveaway. And the winner is.... Mayra (comment #4) of the fabulously fun blog, Life is Bananas. Congrats, Mayra! Please contact me with your mailing info so I can get the book and your surprise gift to you.

And p.s., the adorable "Hooray!" pennants are via Etsy seller So Inviting. I think these flags would be so cute for a wedding or baby shower, don't you?

...ooh, and they are even available in a larger 16" x 18.5" format!

Coffee Sack Totes

These coffee sack buckets from Mayamade are the perfect combination of neutral and graphic, and would be great for holding magazines by the sofa or mittens and scarves under the entry table. They are currently sold out on her Etsy store, but keep a look-out as the designer seems to add new ones on a regular basis.

Constructs by Laura Kicey

A couple months ago, Oh Joy! featured the work of photographer Laura Kicey. Ever since then, I have been positively obsessed with her eye-popping photo collages.   I would already have one hanging in my house if it wasn't so hard to choose!  A selection is available for purchase on Etsy...
